		<description>wendy when you say &quot;we are only as strong as our weakest link&quot; or at least thats what it looked like you were trying to say, the &quot;public&quot; does not really give a f*ck about the weakest link wich is why we have men women and children in sleepingbags and tents under bridges. it could be worse... we could be etheopia. reguardless we have funds to help stray animals and africans for christ sake when the focus should be on homeless hapless americans but lets face it, the proprieters of those fund wouldn&#039;t make a buck if the funds were going back into america/ans. food for thought.</description>
